SMM Community Manager (Japanese language)


We are looking for an SMM Community Manager who will focus on developing and strengthening social media presence and implementing marketing strategies. If you’re a seasoned professional with successful case studies in Telegram, Instagram, and Twitter ( x )  page growth, we’d love to see your CV!

What we expect from you:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in SMM and communities: Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, Line.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level. Japanese N2-N1 or Native speaker
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to moderate online conversations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Conflict management skills, resilience, adaptability, initiative.
What would be advantageous:
  • Experience in support, gaming, crypto, or NFT communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with the audience on social media: Responding to user inquiries, supporting and encouraging community engagement.
  • Creating a positive community atmosphere and stimulating discussions.
  • Developing a friendly tone of voice within the community.
  • Analytics and reporting: Evaluating content strategy effectiveness, monitoring audience reactions, generating regular progress reports.
  • Participation in events and campaigns: Organizing and conducting online events, contests, promotions, and other initiatives to attract new participants and strengthen the community.
  • Trend monitoring: Keeping abreast of changes and news in social media to adapt strategies accordingly.
