Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in the Japanese market.
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in the Japanese market.
Deep understanding of the Japanese gambling and affiliate marketing landscape.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in English and Japanese languages.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Requirements:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, addressing inquiries and optimizing their performance.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of affiliate activities with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
